Refund Policy Alpine Snow will issue a full refund to you if the software does not install or load on your computer within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.  To request a refund, please have your Order ID ready and contact our support by phone or E-mail to request the refund.  The refund will be issued within 24 hours hours to your card.
